THE BEGINNING:
'SHAYLE'
Wintuk Alaskan Malamute came
into existence in 1984 when we purchased our first alaskan malamute from
Storm Kloud Kennels. This Alaskan Malamute would become National Specialty
Best In Show BISS Am Can Ch Storm Kloud's Exotic Shayle CD WTD WWPD WPD.
"Shayle" was the third bitch in breed history to have won a
National Specialty Best In Show. Shayle was the first # 1 ranked Alaskan
Malamute bitch to have a National BIS, multible BISS, a CD title and her
working titles.

USA and Canada, multiple High in Trial winners, and multiple lead dogs and
team dogs.

The Pedigrees of Shayle and Jacob produced
our third Alaskan Malamute and our first home bred Champion: Am Can Ch
Wintuk's Aljawahara of Storm Kloud WTD WWPD ROM. "Tazzle"
accomplishments included Grand Sweepstakes Winner, Over all finalist for
Kennel Review's "Best Puppy of the Year", Winner of the 1991
National Specialty Working Bitch Class, # 9 Alaskan Malamute bitch in
1990, # 8 Alaskan Malamute bitch in 1991 and 1993, # 1 Alaskan Malamute
Bitch IL/WI area. All accomplished in very limited showing. Tazzle produced 14 puppies, 8 of Champion titled and 13 with multiple working
titles.

Dreams WTD who continued to stamp the sound minds and bodies coupled with
a gentle nature and keen sense of humour set forth by Shayle, Jacob and
Tazzle. This dog and bitch would play key rolls in the continuation of
Wintuk not only by producing competetive show dogs, but working and
obedience dogs. "Ariel" has provided Wintuk today with sound

Our Drake son Ch Staghorn's
Sunrise over Wintuk "Riser" is just starting to make his mark in
the showring. He was a Best in Show Puppy, Specialty Best of Winners and
in limited showing a consistent Best of Breed Winner. He is also proving
